Our volunteers make Scouting happen. But what makes them volunteer? Well, we’ve been finding out.

We have been interviewing some of our existing volunteers to find out how they got into Scouting, what they enjoy about it, how they balance volunteering with other commitments and why you should give it a go too!

Meet some of our volunteers:

Yasmin is an Explorer Scout but still finds time to volunteer as a Young Leader too!

Phil is a Group Scout Leader who has held numerous different volunteer roles all whilst working full time

Cleone is an Assistant Cub Leader who works full time in London
